Screenshot not working?

Three-finger swipe doesn't work

Check Three-finger screenshot is on in Gestures & motions, and swipe with all three fingers at once.

The buttons only change the volume or lock the screen

Press Power and Volume down at exactly the same moment and hold briefly. If a button is worn, use a gesture or the Quick Settings tile instead.

"Can't take screenshot" or a black image

Banking, streaming and some work apps block screenshots on purpose, as do incognito browser tabs. This can't be turned off.
