How to take a screenshot on OPPO and realme phones

OPPO's ColorOS and realme UI are built on the same base, so the screenshot gestures match. Menu names move around between versions, so if a path below doesn't match your phone, search for "screenshot" in Settings.

Press Power and Volume down together, or swipe down with three fingers once the gesture is on.

Screenshot not working?

I can't find the gesture settings

ColorOS and realme UI move menus between versions. Open Settings and search for "screenshot" or "3-finger".

The buttons only change the volume or lock the screen

Press Power and Volume down at exactly the same moment and hold briefly. If a button is worn, use a gesture or the Quick Settings tile instead.

"Can't take screenshot" or a black image

Banking, streaming and some work apps block screenshots on purpose, as do incognito browser tabs. This can't be turned off.
